Multiple mobile phones and computer systems were analyzed as well as a mountain of subpoenaed data including call logs from multiple mobile vendors, email/Internet logs, and several building access logs. Mr. Wold worked with the firm to compile and understand the data, resulting in a favorable settlement for the client.
Mr. Wold was engaged by a St Paul attorney representing the defendant of an employee theft claim. By conducting a forensic examination of the computer, interviewing the defendant and the individual that supported the computers for the company, as well as various software vendors, Mr. Wold testified in state court that the computer was at fault instead of the employee. Mr. Wold was involved in imaging multiple computers and file servers, identifying pertinent emails and documents, and providing them to the legal team.
